May 9, 2018:

As part of Membership Drive, the Innovation Hub has organized school visit at Pagam Gumpa High School and mobilized the students to become members of the Innovation Hub at Kalimpong Science Centre. Models created in Innovation Hub were explained to the students to develop interest towards innovative works and also conducted an Idea Contest.

May 12, 2018:

The Innovation Hub organized invited talk by Shri Sonam Yogel Bhutia, Senior Scientific Officer, Dept. of Higher Education, Science & Technology and Biotechnology, GoWB and delivered a talk on “Remote Sensing and its application” and interacted with the members of Innovation Hub.

May 23, 2018:

The Mentors of Innovation Hub has visited Don Bosco Technical School and mobilized the students as part of Membership Drive. Models created in Innovation Hub were explained to the students to develop interest towards innovative works and also conducted an Idea Contest.

The Innovation Hub has organized invited talk by Shri Somnath Bera, Research Scholar, Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai and delivered a talk on “Application of Geospatial Technology for better Society and Environment” and interacted with the members of Innovation Hub.
